All of our orders are sent with Royal Mail.
Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has shipped you’ll receive an email confirmation from us with a trackable reference number. If you haven’t received this, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
UK shipping orders will cost £5.10 per order. We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £100.
Please allow 5-6 working days for your order to be packaged and shipped
International shipping orders will cost £15.15 per order. We offer free shipping on all international orders over £200.
Orders sent internationally will likely incur customs, local duties, or tax. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order. SACCO are not responsible for these charges
Shipping is non-refundable.

Please ensure you include your name and order number in the returns package (we are not responsible for any delays or issues should you not include this information). All items must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached. Ensure that you use a trackable service. We will not be held responsible for any items sent untracked. Once your order is back with us, a refund will be issued. We will reimburse the postage of the returned item if it is faulty or has been packed incorrectly. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and will be processed in 10 working days.
At SACCO, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned in its original state received on receipt, new unworn, hang tags and labels attached and in its original packing. We cannot cover the cost of postage, and please ensure you obtain proof of postage. As a small business, we cannot guarantee your size will be in stock. But we will send your replacement size within 4 - 6 days. Exchanges are only possible for the same item in a different size.
You have the right to cancel your order until the order has been dispatched. Email email@example.com with the order number if you need to cancel your order. If your order has been dispatched, please return following standard returns procedures detailed above.
