If for some reason your SACCO order is faulty or incorrect, you can send it to:

‘Saffron Breck, One Oak Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 2BL'. 

Please ensure you include your name and order number in the returns package (we are not responsible for any delays or issues should you not include this information).

All items must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached. Ensure that you use a trackable service. We will not be held responsible for any items sent untracked.

Once your order is back with us, a refund will be issued. We will reimburse the postage of the returned item if it is faulty or has been packed incorrectly.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method and will be processed in 10 working days.
